We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments. After payment has been made and has CLEARED, we will ship your unit back within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Sorry, we do not accept checks.

If you call our office during closed business hours, please feel free to leave a message, we will return your call during the next business day.
You can ship us your package with your choice of a carrier. We STRONGLY encourage you package your unit properly and securely; we are NOT responsible if we do not receive your package and/or it arrives damaged. It is in your best interest to get signature confirmation and insurance to insure that we receive your package on time and unharmed. We will ship your package back using UPS ground with ample insurance. You can also request overnight shipment for an additional charge. We are NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.
We do NOT return broken parts with your repaired unit.
One of our top priorities is to make sure that your package does not get lost or damaged. We ship everything UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. If your package does get lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with UPS; however, we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. Most carriers require a minimum of 2 inches of cushioning on all 6 sides of your merchandise to properly protect your shipment. Damage claims will often be denied by the carrier if they determine cushioning was insufficient.
PSR offers a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor. If your unit needs to be returned for repair under warranty, you will be responsible for shipping your unit back to us. We will pay shipping after the repair has been completed. Please note that you will void your warranty if your warranty sticker and/or serial number sticker have been tampered with.
We are NOT affiliated with the manufacturer of your unit, nor do we represent them or are supported by them in any way. We are independent service providers for small electronic repair.
We will hold your unit for 10 days after the repair date in order to get this information from you. After 10 days, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per week until the information is provided. If after 30 days (from the date we repaired your item), you have not paid for repairs or have you returned our phone calls/emails, said property becomes the property of PSR. Your unit and/or parts will be considered abandoned.
