Shipping Information

Request a worry free shipment package to receive a specially molded box which form fits your device.

You choose the shipping method you wish to use. We receive deliveries daily from UPS, the US Postal Service and FedEx.

Shipping Information

Whatever shipping company you choose, please take a few minutes to ensure your product is properly packed. The original box offers the best protection.

You may purchase packing materials at many retail shipping outlets. The UPS Store, UPS customer counters, USPS, FedEx Kinko’s, Fedex customer counters, Mailboxes etc, Postal connections, and Staples all have packing supplies readily available. If you want to pack the receiver yourself, you should choose a box that allows for two inches of packing material on each side. Don't select a box that fits "like a glove".

Suggested packing materials are Styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap.
